Tommy Todd
A youth who becomes president of The Jimmy Olsen Fan Club, not by building a project in a competition announced by Jimmy, but rather by discovering that a new female applicant's (Jackie) project has too many personal items that only Superman could have given and that "she" is indeed Jimmy Olsen himself in disguise (SPJO No. 84/3, Apr 1965: "Jimmy Olsen's Female Fan").
