The Controllers
A powerful group of cosmic entities most known in the chronicles as creators and custodians of Sun-Eaters. Apparently, the Controllers are very ancient beings and have had an impact on galactic events for eons—dating back to their origins as counterparts to the Guardians of the Universe (notable appearances include Adv No. 357, Jun 1967: "The Ghost of Ferro Lad!"; DCCP No. 43, Mar 1982: "In Final Battle").
