The huge-craniumed alien dog who can foretell the future. Prophetic Pup is made a member of the Space Canine Patrol Agency, an interstellar group of canine secret agents of which Krypto is also a member, after three of his psychic predictions come true (SB No. 136, Mar 1967: "Decoy of the Doom Statues!").
