The huge, multi-wheeled vehicle, shaped to resemble a terrible green monster, that is the home of the Hairies, a genetically-engineered race of wunderkinds.
Superman first encounters the Mountain of Judgement in November 1970, noting that it is "a giant missile carrier, converted by the Hairies to frighten intruders" (SPJO No. 134: "The Mountain of Judgement").
