Val-Don
Clark Kent's Kandorian double and a member of the Look-Alike Squad who take the place of their Earthly counterparts (Jimmy Olsen, Perry White, Lois Lane, Lana Lang) as needed by Superman to foil criminals.
Vol-Don is a relative of Kal-El (Superman), which explains their close resembalance.
When Metropolis television station WMET-TV inaugurates its new "Our American Heroes" series with a program honoring Superman, "our greatest American hero", Vol-Don and his fellow Look-a-Like Squad members appear on the show along with Superman's other friends and admirers to help pay tribute to the Man of Steel (Act No. 309, Feb 1964: "The Superman Super-Spectacular!").
