Rohtul
A ruthless villain of the thirtieth century C.E. who is a descendant of renegade scientist Lex Luthor. Rohtul, in fact, is Luthor spelled backwards.
In the year 2957 A.D., Rohtul and his henchmen steal a wide array of scientific apparatus to enable them to build a “destruction-ray projector of tremendous range†with which to terrorize the Earth, but Batman, Robin, and Superman track the villains to their stronghold on the Moon and ultimately take them into custody (WF No. 91, Nov/Dec 1957: “The Three Super-Sleepers!â€).
