Ruffington Van Jones
An unscrupulous teacher at an exclusive boarding school who uses his students' own writing assignments to assess their parents' wealth. Superboy, as Clark Kent, enrolls at the school to stop Van Jones and his henchmen from continuing the robberies of the young boys' families (SB No. 17/1, Nov/Dec 1951: "Clark Kent...Problem Pupil!").
