A young orphaned boy who originates on the planet Earth of a parallel dimension and is an employee of WHAM-TV (S No. 276, Jun 1974: "Make Way for Captain Thunder"). When Willie says the magic word THUNDER while rubbing his magic belt buckle, he magically transforms into the mightiest mortal of Earth-T, Captain Thunder!
