Double-Header
Double-Header is a 30th century man born with two heads. Despite the fact this is not really an effective super-power, he tries out for the Legion of Super-Heroes and is rejected for having a useless "power" and for being twice as annoying as an average person. He later joins the Legion of Substitute Heroes Auxiliary (DCCP No. 59, Jul 1983: "Ambush Bug II"; and others).
