Dol-Nd
A native of ancient Krypton, Dol-Nd makes flying wings somewhat like Daedalus from long-ago Greek myth. This flying technology is in danger of falling into the hands of a criminal murderer who wants to use it for evil purposes and the wings leave deadly "death-trails" in the atmosphere of the planet, so Dol-Nd destroys the wings (S No. 243/2, Oct 1971: "The Death Trails of Krypton!").
