Pvt. Fred Carson
A U.S. Army private who recklessly violates both army safety regulations and common sense in his almost suicidal pursuit of one-man heroics during a series of U.S. Army war games being supervised by Superman. These ill-conceived acts of daring, necessitating repeated rescues by Superman, are in reality Carson's way of making up for the alleged cowardice of his brother, Pvt. Jim Carson, who was a soldier at this same army base one year ago.
