Andrew Arvin
The newly installed owner of the Orchid Cosmetics Co., and the secret leader of a gang of criminals who make a series of attempts on the lives of glamorous cover girls in an attempt to silence the unknown model whom Arvin knows overheard him "discussing some of his crooked activities with a confederate" at the recent Models' Masquerade Ball. Arvin and his henchmen are apprehended by Superman in April 1951 (Act No. 155: "The Cover Girl Mystery!"). (TGSB)
