Amazonia
The home of a band of Amazon warriors—inhabiting the impenetrable jungles of South America, possibly within the borders of Venezuela—who briefly acknowledge Lois Lane as their long-lost queen during a period when Lois is helplessly in the grip of a strange "hypnotic trance" induced by her wearing of the so-called "royal necklace of Amazonia" (S No. 59/1, Jul/Aug 1949: Lois Lane-Queen of the Amazons!").
