A vicious serial killer whose mastery of the [[Kryptonian]] martial art of [[Horu-Kanu]] makes her one of the [[Phantom Zone]]’s deadliest inhabitants. Faora Hu-UL operates a  concentration camp, filled with the males she hates. The men are lured there by her beauty and imprisoned. When she grows tired of tormenting a prisoner, she arranges to kill him. Her behavior is responsible for 23 deaths. She is given the second longest sentence of imprisonment within the Phantom Zone - three hundred years (Act No. 471, May 1977: "One Of Our Phantoms Is Missing!").
