Vandal Savage
Vandal Savage is an immortal villain who begins his career during the time of the Neanderthals. Savage has lived many lives and is often notorious as being the identity behind many of history's most ruthless dictators and madmen (first appearance, Green Lantern No. 10, Winter 1943: "The Man Who Wanted the World").
An implacable and timeless enemy of Immortal Man, Vandal Savage has also battled numerous 20th century heroes including Green Lantern (Alan Scott), Superman (Act No. 552, Feb 1984: "Another Time! Another Death!"), the Justice Society, the Flash, and the Forgotten Heroes.
