Albert Einstein
Born March 14, 1879
Shortly before the arrival of the infant Superman on Earth from the doomed planet Krypton, Albert Einstein receives a recorded communication from Jor-El alerting him to the baby's imminent arrival. Jor-El requests of the fellow man of science that he help to ensure that Kal-El receive a proper upbringing. Einstein makes the trip to Smallville and arranges matters such that Jonathan and Martha Kent will be certain to discover the rocket from Krypton when it arrives. (LSOK, 1978)
