Farlow Knurd
A professor and scientist who invents a "World Duplicator" device that does create a new world, but hardly a duplicate in most ways. Trying to re-create a copy of Earth-1, the results of his experiment make a planet of some of the oddest contradictions and weird twists that are documented in the chronicles of Superman (Act No. 388, May 1970: "Puzzle of Wild World!").
