The Shark
The Shark is a traditional enemy of the Green Lantern and was originally changed from a tiger shark to a mutated semi-human villain by radiation exposure, and later, de-volved back to his fish origins. The Shark returns to battle Superman after stealing the "evolution" force from a young boy at an aquarium. Superman overcomes the Shark's strength, water spouts, diabolical power to induce fear, and siphoning of ozone to breathe (the ozone depletion even causes sunburns on local citizens) and finally captures him. Superman forces the Shark to restore the boy he harmed and turn back to his shark form once again (Act No. 456, Feb 1976: "Jaws of the Killer Shark!").
